A big shout out to Team Massey for throwing such a great bash on Saturday. Mark, Wendy what a great job! All that chow was marvelous!! And to top it all off we were treated to Senor Beans at the mic! Perfect. It was good to see so many of our friends and neighbors out to wish Tina Shelley a fond farewell. Wish it could have been under other circumstance….. oh well.
Anyone else hear the rumor that the Tomato Group is looking at the old Sandbar location? They’re the folks behind T-Bone Toms and Tookies. I’ll keep digging.
We picked up quite a few more signatures for the petition. Closing in on 200. Fairly impressive. I hear the big push is being organized as I type. Thanks to all whether you choose to sign or not is absolutely your option, I’m just saying thanks for getting involved. So stayed involved so we don’t have to go through this mess again. Let’s show up at the Council meeting tomorrow and let them know you’re not done! Drag out your Save our Chief signs, all 40 of them, ;-> stick them in your yard on your way to the meeting. See you there.
